Public website

The public website is served as static HTML and CSS from Cloudflare Workers. The reviewed first-party source contains no non-essential marketing pixels, advertising tags, embedded analytics scripts or site-level consent-management scripts. The public site itself does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may apply security/technical processing as part of hosting; exact network cookie behaviour should be rechecked after any infrastructure changes.

Essential login/storage for separate private portals

The founder and invitation-only client workspaces are separate Access-protected Cloudflare applications. Cloudflare Access can use strictly necessary sign-in/session technologies for authentication and security. These are not marketing cookies. External client access to the document portal is not currently open.

External Jotform enquiry

When you follow the link to the external Jotform enquiry form, you leave our website. Jotform may use essential and, depending on its configuration and consent choices, additional cookies or similar technologies subject to its own notices. We do not embed the form directly into this page. Read the provider's privacy/cookie details before completing the form.

Other links and future changes

External service providers can process technical data under their own terms. No non-essential cookies, advertising retargeting or behavioural analytics should be enabled on the public site unless separately evaluated and an appropriate consent mechanism is implemented where required. If functionality changes, this policy and the consent experience must be updated first.

How to manage cookies
