Website information

Service descriptions, proposed prices and materials on this website are non-binding invitations to discuss work. They do not constitute legal advice, an offer of regulated services, a concluded contract, a promise of insurance cover, or a guarantee of project outcome.

How a business engagement is formed

A customer engagement begins only when both parties agree a written scope, price and timing, with correct legal identity, conflicts, authority, insurance/risk and data-protection checks as applicable. The accepted Statement of Work and any agreed Master Services Agreement/Data Processing Agreement govern the work. Marketing pages do not replace those documents.

Fees and bank transfer

Fees are confirmed in a case-specific quotation, including expenses, VAT treatment and payment milestone. Invoices are issued in the correct sole-trader identity, with a unique reference. The payment method is bank transfer to account details communicated privately and verified independently if changed. This site does not collect card payments. A separate business or third-party account is not represented as the payee for this practice.

Intellectual property and use of outputs

Website content and synthetic demonstration examples are provided for information only. Client rights in commissioned outputs are specified in the SOW/MSA, with separate treatment for the client's source information, third-party rights and general-purpose methods. Do not rely on synthetic examples as real transaction advice.

Complaints and concerns

Raise service, billing, confidentiality or data concerns promptly through the business email. Acknowledge, investigate and document responses and any contracted remedies. The applicable SOW/MSA determines formal dispute resolution.
