DEFINED-SCOPE SERVICES

One clear problem. One defined engagement. A practical next step.

Across property, finance, land rights, infrastructure and legal operations, start with a tightly scoped paid readiness review. Each engagement has stated inputs, outputs, responsibilities, timescale and a fixed fee agreed in writing.

What buyers need to provide Request a defined scope

The £350 Defined-Scope Readiness Review

What is included?

One 45-minute remote professional discussion, high-level non-confidential information only, a two-page operational issue note with three prioritised next steps, and one short clarification. Target three working days after the call and complete inputs, subject to acceptance and availability.

How is it commissioned?

Submit a business-only enquiry. After conflicts, scope and authority are checked, receive a written Statement of Work and bank-transfer invoice. No obligation to buy additional services. This is a fixed-scope professional review, not legal, engineering, surveying, planning, financial or insurance advice.

Beyond the first review

Depending on the findings, separately quoted defined-scope engagements include title-source evidence registers, secured-finance conditions matrices, lease abstraction, data-room and transaction reporting support, portfolio asset-data reconciliation, development-site handovers, infrastructure land-information schedules, workflow SOPs and team training.

The existing 20-record property asset-data engagement is a more substantial £1,450 scope, subject to its stated inputs. A £350 readiness fee may be credited against that specific engagement if accepted under a separate SOW within 30 days; there is no general credit entitlement for other service families.

Fees and timescales are proposed commercial terms for buyer validation, not independently established market averages. Any VAT position, expenses and necessary contractual terms are confirmed in the actual quotation.

Professional scope limits

No reserved legal activity, legal advice or opinion, title/security certification, regulated property transaction representation, insurance placement, design approval, surveying, planning advice, regulated financial advice, or assurance of statutory/grid eligibility. Documentary exceptions are routed to the client's appointed experts. The first review does not accept confidential matter files.
