HOW IT WORKS

A controlled process from first enquiry to handover.

Accepted assignments may use a restricted client delivery workspace by invitation. External access is not public and depends on individual authentication, written terms and matter permissions.

A simple route to a scoped assignment, with separate controls before confidential documents or an instruction are accepted.

1 · Enquire

Send only a high-level, non-confidential business brief. Do not submit real client files, property documents, tenant data or privileged details.

2 · Discover & qualify

Define the outcome, records, approximate volumes, deadlines and responsible professional. Conflict, service-authority and feasibility checks follow.

3 · Agree scope & controls

A tailored statement of work specifies outputs, price, revisions, permitted use, approved secure transfer and professional responsibilities. Live delivery is conditional upon applicable contracts, insurance and security.

4 · Receive securely

Documents are received only through a separately agreed secure client environment. An enquiry form is not a data room.

5 · Produce and verify

Record source, version and page/field; distinguish facts, exceptions and matters for qualified review. Use documented second-pass quality checks.

6 · Deliver and close

Transfer versioned outputs through the agreed channel; obtain acceptance for the administrative scope, issue the agreed invoice and complete access removal/retention handover.

Submitting an enquiry does not establish availability, an adviser-client relationship, regulated representation or an agreement to start work. Please do not send confidential information until the appropriate agreement and transfer route are confirmed.

Assurance, contracting and fee collection

Before confidential document processing, the client and supplier agree roles, written processing instructions where required, access, retention, professional sign-off, and any necessary insurance. Defined-scope fees are invoiced by Daniel Stewart as sole trader and paid by bank transfer; account details are provided privately, not through the public enquiry form. The current proprietary portal remains restricted for real client uploads until separate acceptance.
