Bring your property asset records back into line with their evidence.
For housing providers, portfolio and asset managers, legal operations teams and their specialist contractors. LOW-FRICTION START
£350 · Property Data & Workflow Triage
A 45-minute discovery discussion using only high-level, non-confidential descriptions; a two-page operational issue note identifying information gaps, likely administrative constraints and three practical next steps; and one brief handover. Allow three working days after the call. No document uploads or professional legal determinations.
The £350 fee can be credited against an accepted £1,450 reconciliation engagement commissioned within 30 days, under a separate scope and signed agreement. The credit is not cash-redeemable.

Why start here?
Establish whether source records, document availability and buyer objectives genuinely justify a larger reconciliation. The buyer receives a usable summary even if they do not proceed. There is no obligation to buy the larger engagement.
Purpose: paid discovery, not an open-ended consultancy call or a substitute for an appointed legal/technical adviser.
SCOPE-CAPPED ENGAGEMENT
£1,450
Proposed fixed engagement fee for a straightforward, accepted batch within the limits below. This is a commercial offer to validate with a buyer, not a claim about average market prices or guaranteed savings. The final quote, expenses and any applicable VAT treatment are confirmed before engagement.
TARGET TURNAROUND
7 working days
From written acceptance and receipt of a complete, usable approved source set, subject to availability and the agreed SOW. Urgent or complex projects are quoted separately.
What the initial scope includes
Defined input set
One supplied asset register of up to 20 asset records; an agreed field dictionary of up to 12 fields per record; up to five straightforward supporting source documents, 50 pages combined. Client provides usable formats and the responsible reviewer.
Source-linked crosswalk
Editable record-to-source matrix identifying source references, information matches, mismatches and missing or ambiguous evidence. No invented values or silent inference.
Exceptions and review handover
Issue register with severity for administrative prioritisation, an owner/action column and clear referral to the client's legal, technical or asset decision-makers where required.
Controlled closeout
Concise QA note, one 30-minute handover discussion and one correction round for factual transcription issues within the original scope.

Boundaries and workflow
This is property information and administrative evidence reconciliation, not a legal report on title, legal due diligence opinion, valuation, technical survey, certificate of completeness, insurance recommendation or guarantee that a transaction can proceed.
Initial enquiries must be non-confidential. Before any real client documents are received, scope, authority, conflict, data protection, appropriate insurance and a signed engagement must be agreed, with an approved secure transfer route. Client-side professional decisions remain with qualified and appointed advisers.

Terms of instruction and payment
This defined-scope assignment requires an actual buyer, agreed SOW, authority, conflict and security checks, accepted payment terms, and correct solicitor or qualified reviewer involvement for professional decisions. Fees are paid by bank transfer against an invoice issued by Daniel Stewart as sole trader; account details are communicated privately. This website does not collect payments or client documents.
For a confidential-document assignment, the approved client data room, written controller/processor arrangements where necessary, malware/security processes and relevant insurance must be accepted before receiving data.
